Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless service transitions and continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and service updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends, as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
