Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve technical issues and answer product-related questions for evening clients.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and information continuity.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all customer-facing interactions.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer and software issues.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
