Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and problem resolution via phone, email, and in-person.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Operations Support: Process transactions, manage inventory logs, and ensure the sales floor is organized and clean.
- Communication: Relay customer feedback and suggestions to the management team to help improve services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (specifically 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive, and customer-centric approach to work.
