- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office suite
- Flexible availability Monday-Friday evenings (4 PM - 11 PM)
