Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain clean and organized store appearance throughout shift
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
