- Handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for our SaaS platform
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Collaborate with day-team specialists for seamless handover of complex cases
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students preferred
- 6+ months customer service or technical support experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evening environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Available to work 20-25 hours/week between 4 PM - 11 PM
