- Process Transactions: Accurately process returns, exchanges, and account updates.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transaction history.
- Shift Coordination: Work collaboratively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company guidelines and scripts to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.
