- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and some weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
