- Process orders and update client information with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Document all interactions and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our service catalog and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
