Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, chat, and email during evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM PST)
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding software, hardware, and account issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for evening operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and support protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and remote desktop tools
- Ability to work independently during evening hours with minimal supervision
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- Must be available for evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM PST) weekends as needed
