- Collaborate with the evening operations team to meet daily performance targets.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
- Assist in training new hires regarding evening shift protocols and software tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold professional standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type with high accuracy.
