Responsibilities
- Manage Client Inquiries: Respond to customer tickets and emails via phone and chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related problems for our San Diego-based clientele efficiently.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle order processing and returns to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with day-shift management to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, specifically during evening shifts (afternoons and nights).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Location: Must reside in or around San Diego, CA.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
