Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate tickets to senior management when necessary.
- Accurately document all interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Provide product information and training to customers to enhance their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Uphold company policies and brand voice in every customer interaction.
- Assist with light data entry and administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional tone.
- Ability to work evenings, including weekends, as required by the business schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable transportation is recommended.
