Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve complex service issues with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client documentation
- Collaborate with day-team specialists for seamless service continuity
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction scores

Qualifications
