Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
- Resolve technical issues and process orders with 95% accuracy
- Update CRM systems and document client interactions
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in quarterly product knowledge workshops
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation for evening shifts
- Basic Spanish language skills a plus
