Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation with high accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
