- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency using CRM tools
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications with precision
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation and evening availability (5 PM - 11 PM)
