- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Update customer records and document all interactions in our database
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for evening operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office suite
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (including weekends)
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
