- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Support escalation protocols for unresolved issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in tech industry
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Available evenings/weekends consistently
