Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and maintain cash handling protocols
- Assist with community outreach programs and event coordination during evening hours
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism while escalating complex issues
- Maintain organized records of daily operations and customer feedback
- Support facility operations including light cleaning and inventory management
- Collaborate with day-shift team members for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability for 4-5 evenings per week (15-20 total hours)
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and mobile applications
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (some client visits required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
