Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions and update customer information in real-time
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities through needs-based conversations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Availability for 4-5 evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM) including weekends
