Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Complete required training and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Available for 3 PM - 11 PM shifts, weekends required
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
