Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with day team for seamless customer handoffs
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate)
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Available 3+ evenings weekly (minimum 20 hours)
- Spanish fluency a strong plus
