- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing and service issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow escalation protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends
