Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM systems and internal resources
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within SLAs
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C/B2B environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation for on-site shifts (2x/month)
