- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM PST)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise clients using proprietary CRM systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and resolution processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
