Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process registrations and schedule appointments for community programs
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with event setup and administrative tasks during evening hours
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support community outreach initiatives during evening events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Availability to work evenings (5 PM - 10 PM), weekends required
