Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours

- Process transactions and maintain documentation compliance
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening environment
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
- Availability for 4 PM - 10 PM shifts, 3-4 days weekly
