Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
