Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and chats with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical inquiries for our smart home services
- Process orders and troubleshoot billing discrepancies
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction and resolution metrics
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced evening environments
- Proficient with CRM software and multitasking tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Available for 3-4 evenings per week (minimum 20 hours)
