Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues effectively
- Document interactions in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives during team huddles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Reliable transportation and evening schedule availability
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications or tech industry helpful
