Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT >90%)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
