Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Process transactions and resolve billing issues with accuracy and empathy
- Update customer records in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with day-team staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Participate in bi-weekly evening team meetings and training sessions
- Uphold company standards for confidentiality and service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week between 4 PM - 12 AM
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional off-site events)
