Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve billing, account, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and update customer records accurately
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless service continuity
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English/Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
