Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve inquiries regarding community programs, event registrations, and service eligibility
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Support community outreach initiatives during evening events and programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for flexible evening shifts including weekends
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for occasional off-site events)
