Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist residents with community resource inquiries and program registrations
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system and digital filing tools
- Collaborate with daytime staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Support community outreach events and local initiative coordination
- Process payments and handle confidential information securely
- Participate in weekly team meetings for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and commitment to community service
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit location
- Availability for 20-25 hours weekly (primarily evenings)
