- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with day team specialists for seamless customer handoffs
- Participate in ongoing product training and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with computer proficiency
