- Assist clients with account management and service resolution during evening hours
- Collaborate with day-team staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through active communication and support
- Uphold company standards for data security and confidentiality
- Participate in brief evening shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
