Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly team improvement sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working independently in a remote team setting
- Basic proficiency with Windows OS and CRM software
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly
