Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining brand standards
- Update and maintain client records in our CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Evening/weekend availability is mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- NYC residency required (for in-office shifts)
