Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues using established protocols and CRM systems.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify and escalate trends or recurring issues to management for systemic improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
