Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails during evening shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving technical issues and answering product inquiries.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
