- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months of customer service or call center experience preferred

- Flexible availability Monday-Friday evenings (4 PM - 11 PM)
