Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Process orders, payments, and account modifications with 99% accuracy
- Document all interactions in our ticketing system within SLA timeframes
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Contribute to team performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
