Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
- Resolve billing, service, and technical support issues with empathy and professionalism
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Proficiency with CRM software (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Philadelphia location
- Flexible availability Monday-Friday evenings
- Basic computer skills (typing 35+ WPM)
