- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels during evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions and resolve account issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-team staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Adhere to company protocols and compliance standards during all operations
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives through feedback collection
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly across 4-5 evening shifts
- Strong communication skills with clear verbal articulation
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and multitasking
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak hours
