As an Evening Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our valued customers receive exceptional support during our peak hours. We provide comprehensive training, so you can hit the ground running from your first shift.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Ability to work independently while staying productive.
- Basic computer literacy (typing speed of 35+ WPM is a plus).
- Reliable transportation for the evening commute.
