Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients visiting the office or contacting via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Manage incoming inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints with a focus on retention.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with the daytime operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM to 12:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
