Responsibilities

- Provide product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Escalate complex issues to upper management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection (home office setup).
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
