- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for our smart home devices
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Document interactions in our CRM system and identify improvement opportunities
- Uphold company standards for service quality and data security
- Participate in weekly training sessions to expand product knowledge
Qualifications
